Processing times

Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We aim to dispatch express orders placed before 12.00pm on the same day.  During peak holiday periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days processing time on your order.

Online returns policy

We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced products (sale products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  • The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • Sale Items: The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. Please note, discounts cannot be retrospectively applied.

  • Holiday Returns: The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique will offer extended returns on eligible orders from 9 December until 12 January 2024.

STORE RETURNS

If you have made a purchase in one our boutiques we only offer credit notes or exchanges on full-priced items subject to the following conditions:

  • The garment is returned within 7 days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt.
  • Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • The following items are non-exchangeable: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, jewellery or sale items.
  • Please note, credit notes are valid for 1 year & gift vouchers for 3 years.
  • Boutique purchases can only be returned to a CAMILLA AND MARC boutique. They cannot be returned to the CAMILLA AND MARC Online Store.

All sale purchases made at our boutiques are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

REFUNDS

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee). $10 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping label.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are subject to availability at once your return arrives at our dispatch facility. Exchanges can only be made for items of the same value as your original purchase. If your exchange is time sensitive, we recommend repurchasing the correct size and returning the original order for a refund. Return shipping labels for exchanges are free of charge.

SALE ITEMS

All items that have been marked down are considered 'final sale' and are ineligible for return (including refund, credit note or exchange) under all circumstances unless deemed faulty. Please contact our Customer Care team if you need assistance with sizing, fabrication or styling prior to purchasing.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final Sale applies to all items that are marked 'Final Sale' in the product description and extends to all sale items, underwear and swimwear. Items marked down are considered 'final sale' and are ineligible for return (including refund, credit note or exchange) under all circumstances unless deemed faulty. Please contact our Customer Care team if you need assistance with sizing, fabrication or styling prior to purchasing.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. During promotional periods we can't cancel orders due to the volume of orders.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@camillaandmarc.com to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

COLOURS

CAMILLA AND MARC have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our eBoutique. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS

Sale Items: The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty.
Swimwear: Please wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the plastic protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled.
Shoes: Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original shoe box is damaged.
